Our Rates & Rules

We offer full hook up daily, weekly, and monthly rates for 20, 30, and 50 AMP sites. All guests are welcome to enjoy our free wifi, free laundry facilities, trash, and free showers.

$500 monthly

$250 weekly

$50 daily

*Monthly sites have metered electricity in addition to monthly rates. Weekly and daily sites include electricity.

PARK RULES & COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Please have all adults in your party read and abide by our rules so that everyone can enjoy their stay.

  1. Your unit must be less than 15 years old – unless otherwise approved by management
  2. 10 M.P.H. MAXIMUM SPEED LIMIT – All vehicles (including bicycles) must maintain a speed limit of 10mph or less.
  3. Campfires are permitted only in the provided fire ring. Campfires must be watched carefully at all times. BURNING TRASH IS PROHIBITED!
  4.  One camping unit is permitted per site unless approved in advance by management.
  5.  We are a pet-friendly park. We ask pet owners to abide by these rules.
    1. All pets must be kept on a leash.
    2. Clean up after your pet.
    3. Do not leave your pet outside unattended.
    4. Pets are not permitted in the buildings.
    5. Barking dogs are not permitted, and owners will be asked to leave if barking becomes a nuisance.
    6. Owners of dogs displaying aggressive behaviors will be asked to leave, regardless of the breed.
  6.  Fireworks are not permitted in the park.
  7.  No smoking, food or beverages permitted in restrooms.
  8.  Dumpsters are provided for garbage only.
  9.  Please keep your campsite neat and clean.
  10. Check-in is at 1:00 PM and Check-out is at 11:00 AM
  11. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Day guests must vacate the park by 10:00 pm. Be considerate      of your neighbors at all times. Loud radios at any time of the day or night are not permitted.
